THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Tech Lead, Software Engineering, who will be responsible for leading the team in all technical aspects, including setting up the technical approach, determining programming languages and technologies, creating frameworks, optimizing software delivery performance, and selecting the right tools to increase team productivity. Works in a team with developers, QA engineers, and coordinates with internal cross-functional teams of the Product.

Expected to mentor, coach, and guide other developers, ensuring they follow coding standards, quality assurance principles, and agile methods. Required to lead team-wide technical discussions or troubleshooting sessions, including code reviews. This person needs to be committed to constant growth of knowledge and skills through a combination of company and self-driven work. The primary objective is to deliver a high-quality product to our customers.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and work experience in software development.
• 9-12 years of programming experience with development and architecture with the .NET framework
• Proficient in object-oriented design and development using SOLID design principles and design patterns.
• Quality and test-first development mindset
• Deep technical knowledge in Continuous Integration and deployment (CI/CD).
• Experience with database designs, T-SQL, and stored procedures for Microsoft SQL Server
• Successful track record in delivering high-quality products while working in Agile Teams and following Agile methodologies.
• Able to define and adhere to technical standards within a development team.
• Ability to strongly influence peers and technical staff within the team.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Previous experience with Reconciliation and/or month-end close applications is preferred.
