Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to build and grow our brand presence across Instagram and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, content creation, campaign execution, community engagement, and performance tracking. The role requires a strong understanding of social media trends, personal branding, audience growth strategies, and B2B content marketing.

As part of the selection process, candidates will be required to complete a 3-day social media content calendar task.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the company's Instagram and LinkedIn presence.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging content including posts, carousels, reels, stories, and LinkedIn content.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
• Build brand awareness and engagement through organic social media strategies.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and leadership teams to create impactful content.
• Track and analyze content performance using relevant analytics tools.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Optimize content strategy based on performance metrics and insights.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.
• Proven experience managing Instagram and LinkedIn accounts.
• Strong content planning and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies.
• Experience with tools such as Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with B2C, SaaS, Career-Tech, EdTech, or AI-focused brands.
• Familiarity with personal branding and founder-led content strategies.
• Knowledge of video content creation and short-form content trends.
