Senior Structure Draftsman For Civil Work

Job Requirements

• Drawings & Detailing: Produce clear structural drawings, General Arrangement (GA) plans, and fabrication/shop drawings for concrete and steel elements (foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and connections.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct strict compliance checks on all drafting packages before client submission to ensure accuracy and adherence to local or international building codes.
• Project Coordination: Work alongside structural engineers, architects, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams to integrate systems and resolve design clashes.

   SKILLS Required

• Software Proficiency: Advanced mastery of AutoCAD
• Detailing Expertise: In-depth ability to draft and detail Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC)
• Documentation: Capability to prepare accurate General Arrangement (GA) drawings, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and Bill of Materials (BOM)

   EXPERIENCE

• 10 to 15+ years experience in structural drafting, primarily within residential, commercial, or industrial
• Education: A Diploma or bachelors degree in civil engineering or computer-Aided Drafting and Design
