About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to drive the evolution of our travel intelligence and data platform products. The ideal candidate will have experience working in SaaS-based product companies, exposure to large-scale data platforms, and a strong understanding of customer needs within the travel and hospitality ecosystem.
In this role, you will own both existing and new product initiatives, working closely with engineering, data science, commercial, and customer-facing teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will be responsible for translating customer requirements into scalable product capabilities while ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
This role requires a blend of product management, program management, stakeholder engagement, and customer interaction skills
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Roadmap Execution
Drive product execution for both existing and new travel technology products.
Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
Prioritize product backlog based on customer needs, business impact, and strategic goals.
Collaborate with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
Data Platform & Analytics
Work closely with data engineering and analytics teams to build and enhance data-driven products.
Understand data pipelines, platform architecture, APIs, integrations, and reporting frameworks.
Leverage customer insights, usage analytics, and market trends to inform product decisions.
Ensure product capabilities align with evolving travel industry requirements.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate solutions.
Participate in client discussions, product demonstrations, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Act as the bridge between customers, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions.
Program Management
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, and stakeholder communications across multiple initiatives.
Track product performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure alignment across product, engineering, commercial, and customer success teams.
Market & Industry Awareness
Monitor travel technology trends, hospitality distribution, revenue management, pricing intelligence, and data platform innovations.
Identify opportunities for product enhancements and new market offerings.
Support go-to-market activities, customer enablement, and product positioning efforts.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of Product Management experience in a SaaS-based technology company.
Prior experience working on Data Platforms, Analytics Products, or Data-Driven SaaS Solutions.
Exposure to the Travel, Hospitality, Travel Technology, Revenue Management, Distribution, or Data Intelligence domain is highly preferred.
Experience working directly with customers and managing client-facing interactions.
Proven experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and driving product delivery.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment sctions and geographies.
Knowledge
Understanding of SaaS product development and product lifecycle management.
Familiarity with data platforms, APIs, data pipelines, analytics, and reporting ecosystems.
Knowledge of travel technology, hospitality distribution, pricing intelligence, market intelligence, or revenue optimization is preferred.
Understanding of cloud-based applications and modern software architectures.
Awareness of data governance, security, and privacy best practices.
Skills

Program management and cross-functional coordination.
Analytical problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
