Senior Manager-Operations

The Finance Technology team partners with the Financial Management Group (FMG) and Global Technologies Organization (GTO) to set strategy for MetLife’s enterprise core financial applications. This position presents a valuable opportunity to contribute to the Finance team as it undertakes the transformation of its operations through the implementation of the cloud-based ERP solution, Workday.

This role is with the Global Data Integrations (GDI) team within Finance Technology and will involve supporting the Global Data Integrations (GDI) Project Manager with planning and implementing MetLife’s financial administration systems into the GDI Accounting Rules Engine. Support the team in preparing for the migration to Workday’s Accounting Center by assisting with the analysis, design, and configuration needed to implement the application.

As a member of the GDI team, the Senior Technology Liaison acts as a liaison between business groups (e.g. Corporate Finance, Lines of Business (LOBs), Investment stakeholders) and IT Technology partners (e.g. Corporate IT and Line of Business (LOB) IT).
