Position Title: Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts

Location: Kasna, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager - Finance & Accounts to lead and strengthen our finance function. This role will be responsible for end-to-end financial management, including accounting, compliance, costing, and financial reporting, with a strong focus on manufacturing operations and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting & Reporting
• Own and drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards
• Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Inventory & Working Capital Management
• Oversee inventory accounting and reconciliation with physical stock
• Monitor WIP (Work-in-Progress) and finished goods valuation
• Ensure efficient working capital management, including receivables, payables, and inventory cycles
• Compliance & Audit
• Ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations
• Lead and coordinate internal and external audits
• Maintain robust internal controls and documentation processes
• Systems & Process Improvement
• Manage and improve Tally systems for finance and inventory integration
• Identify gaps and implement process improvements for efficiency and control
• Develop and standardize financial policies and SOPs
• Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Lead and manage the accounts team
• Work closely with plant, purchase, sales, and management teams
• Provide financial insights to support business decision-making and pricing strategies
  
  

Key Requirements

• Qualification: CA / CMA / B.Com (with strong relevant experience)
• Experience: 8-12 years in finance & accounts, with minimum 4-5 years in manufacturing industry
• Strong experience in:
• Cost accounting and inventory management
• GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Financial reporting
  
  

Hands-on experience with Tally Prime Ability to analyze data and translate it into business insights Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills

Working Conditions

• Office-based role with regular interaction with plant operations
• 6-day working week (Mon-Sat)
