Senior Executive

Process Description: 
Team of specialized examiners is responsible to review documents received from various entities such as insured, agents/Brokers, Underwriters/ Underwriting Assistants and accurately setup Submission intake and clearance, verify and update Policy / Policy information within client application as per guidelines/Instructions

Responsibilities

•    Skills/ Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure that the process transactions are processed as per Desktop procedures 
Ensure that the assigned targets are met in accordance with SLA and Internal standards
Ensure that the quality of transaction follows predefined parameters as defined by SoPs
Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules
Managing calendars and e-mails
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, external regulations and information security standards.
Strong Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
Good level of knowledge of Insurance Policy Servicing.
Good knowledge of complete MS Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook)
Good decision making/analytical skill 
Ability to prioritize & multi-task and exhibits meticulous attention to detail
Review and process audits for New Business, Renewals and Endorsements requests per guidelines
Dealing with underwriters, brokers, customers and answering any query they might have related to the Policy
Should be able to work on strict deadlines to manage client expectation
Review first pass accuracy of process worked for quality assurance
 

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree , PnC Insurance Domain knowledge
