Senior Engineer

Overview

As a Senior Engineer, you should have experience in the water Sector to join our specialist Civil Design team in Delhi NCR. The role offers excellent opportunities for a candidate seeking to progress their career and looking for experience, training and support with their development and future career progression.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading the development and delivery of Civil projects through various stages of the design process, from feasibility to planning/detailed design and onto construction.

The candidate will be required to lead the preparation of designs and specifications under the supervision of more senior staff.

Your role

• Preparation of designs in accordance with standards and protocols.
• Technical checking and design reviews
• Training and mentoring of more junior staff
• Lead and attend design review meetings and progress meetings with Clients
• Prepare fee estimates, staff utilisation forecasts and defining project scopes.
• Candidate should have experience of AutoCAD Civil 3D and design softwares.
  
  

About You

• A minimum of 6 years experience within a consultancy environment.
• Proven track record of dealing with Clients and forging effective relationships in a professional and customer focused manner.
• Good technical knowledge.
• Mentoring and guiding junior staff.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience of working to UK and Middle east standards.
• Adapt in the use of design softwares like Sewer cad, Info drainage, ICM Infoworks, AutoCAD Civil3D.
