Job Description
The UX Centre is an enabling and governance function focused on User Experience, behavioral change management and project communications. It supports IT services, project managers and service owners by reviewing change management plans, training and adoption strategies, user testing, pilots and early access programmes, with the goal of enabling smoother transitions, and a better employee experience.
The Senior Digital Experience Specialist will drive change analysis and adoption across transformation initiatives by identifying user impact, translating change into practical adoption actions, aligning stakeholders, supporting communication and enablement plans, and ensuring employees can move from access to confident, habitual use of new digital workplace services.
How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Execute change impact analysis
- Define and execute adoption strategies adapted to the Nokia’s environment (beyond communications)
- Understand project objectives and actively shape user journeys balancing user experience with IT and technical constraints.
- Design pilots, Early Adopter Programs (EAPs), and/ or POCs to:
- Identify effective feedback mechanisms
- gain insights to refine the project adoption approach
- Formulate training and enablement needs
- Establish adoption success criteria and KPIs
- Measure adoption through a mix of usage/ behaviour indicators, user feedback and surveys, and qualitative insights from pilots or post-launch assessments
- Generate qualitative insights from pilots and EAPs to validate adoption readiness and impact
- Continuously mature the Digital Workplace Adoption practices by
- developing innovative learning formats
- strengthening early-adopter communities
- setting standards for communication and adoption within IT projects
Key Skills And Experience
Your skills and experience
- Degree from a recognized university with one or more of the following focus areas: Digital Transformation or Change Management.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in digital communication or technical change management.
- Relevant experience in end user adoption is necessary.
- Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 & CoPilot, and other digital workplace technologies.
- Experience with Internal Communications is expected, but as one change lever – not as the primary focus of the role.
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills with capability to adapt to different audiences and communication/ learning formats.
- Working in a global multinational set up is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational skills to successfully ensure overall steering & management of the UX Centre function.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Dedicated with attention to detail when needed – and able to efficiently prioritize when needed.
- A creative mind that enjoys to continuously evolve in a rapidly dynamic work environment and bring new ideas.
