Senior Counsellor — UK And Ireland

The role

If you have taken student files from first enquiry all the way to a visa decision — and you know why files actually get refused — this is a role where that experience is the whole job, not a line on your CV.

What you will do

• Own UK and Ireland student files end to end — profiling, shortlisting, applications, offers, CAS and AVATS, financial documentation, visa filing
• Counsel students and parents honestly: the right university for the profile, not the easiest one to sell
• Build visa files that hold up — funds trails, source of funds, the 28-day rule, statements of purpose, cover letters
• Prepare students for credibility interviews and handle refusals and appeals
• Keep every file current in the CRM, with disciplined follow-up
• Carry an enrolment target each intake, with incentive on top of salary

What we are looking for

• 3–6 years counselling students for overseas education, with real UK and/or Ireland depth
• You have personally handled UK CAS-to-visa or Ireland AVATS/D-visa files — not just passed them to a documentation team
• You know the UK 28-day maintenance rule and the Irish finance requirements well enough to spot a weak file in five minutes
• Comfortable with parents, with money conversations, and with saying no to a student when the profile does not fit
• Disciplined with a CRM — follow-ups happen because you logged them, not because you remembered
• Able to work full-time on-site from Wave One, Sector 18, Noida

What we offer

• ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month + incentive, based on experience
