The opportunity : Senior Consultant-GOV-Business Consulting PI-CNS - BC - Transformation Delivery - Kanpur

Job Title: Urban - Engineer + Planner

Education

• Master’s / equivalent degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Urban Management, City Planning, Architecture, or related field.
• Combination of Engineering + Planning qualification will be preferred.
  
  

Location

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of work experience.
• Exposure to urban planning, citizen services, citizen experience improvement projects, project planning & monitoring, performance improvement, SOP development, and/or government/public procurement.
• Prior experience in government consulting (preferred).
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support projects in urban planning and development.
• Drive citizen-centric service improvement initiatives.
• Manage project planning, monitoring, and performance improvement activities.
• Develop SOPs and ensure alignment with government/public procurement processes.
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations for effective project execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and government agencies to deliver project outcomes.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to support decision-making
