Senior Business Risk Analyst - SCF is responsible for preparing SCF proposals, identifying/ analyzing and mitigating risks in supply chain finance programs while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Roles & Responsibilities
At a region level responsible to ensure timely sanction and onboarding of SCF proposals originated by Regional Trade & SCF Sales team.
Liaoning with SCF & Trade Sales team, Coverage RMs and Anchor/ Dealer/ Vendor clients to source necessary information for preparing SCF Credit Appraisal Memo (CAMs) for Anchor & Dealer/ Vendor new SCF facility sanctions and renewals of existing SCF facilities.
Analyze financial and non-financial risks in Anchor proposals and Dealer/ Vendor proposals in supply chain finance programs and work with Product team and Credit/ Risk team for timely sanction of SCF facilities.
Support audits and compliance reviews for supply chain programs.
Assist in developing and maintaining supply chain finance risk assessment framework and procedural manuals. Participate in product development from a risk lens – ensuring new programs meet the risk appetite.
Identify process gaps and work with Product team to streamline process to improve TATs for sanction of SCF facilities and on-boarding of SCF clients.
Track performance of approved programs and trigger reviews based on portfolio movements. Monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) for early warning signals.
Review proposals submitted by Analysts for accuracy and compliance.
All cases less than Rs. 5 Cr analyst will submit these with concurrence of senior business risk analysist after review.
Assign tasks to zone-level analysts and monitor execution.
Continuous review of regional risk metrics and early warning signals.
Track and ensure adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT) for each level of business risk processing to maintain efficiency and client satisfaction.
Work in tandem with Product team, Risk Team and CAD team to streamline the risk assessment framework and sanction process.
Review proposals submitted by Analysts for accuracy and compliance.
All cases less than Rs. 5 Cr analyst will submit these with concurrence of senior business risk analysist after review.

Educational Qualification
Graduate: Any graduation
Postgraduate: Any post-graduation
Experience: 5+ years of experience as Analyst for Supply Chain Finance
