Senior Associate - Workforce Management

Your Role:

• Graduate from accredited institution
• Independently manage reporting projects with minimal external support
• Hands on experience on tools such as Hive/ PySpark/ Airflow/ SQL
• Design, build, and maintain ETL data pipelines.
• Implement and maintain data quality checks, validations, and reconciliation processes
• Write efficient and optimized SQL queries for data extraction and transformation
• Must have coaching and mentoring responsibilities for the newer team members.
