SAP BASIS Support

• Provide daily support and monitoring for SAP S/4HANA systems on RISE.
• Perform system health checks, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with SAP Cloud Operations and SAP ECS teams for incident and service management.
• Monitor and manage SAP HANA database, application servers, and system logs.
• Manage user administration, roles, profiles, and authorizations (in coordination with SAP Security team).
• Support SAP kernel upgrades, SP upgrades, and patch management.
• Maintain and manage SAP Solution Manager / Cloud ALM for system monitoring and alerting.
• Work with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP for infrastructure-level issues.
• Understand RISE Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and act within defined escalation paths.
• Assist in transport management, system copies, and client administration.
• Monitor and manage SAP Maxdb & ASE systems.
• Manage SAP Content Server and Data Archiving systems
• SAP SLT and BTP Administration

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, especially in RISE with SAP deployments.
• Experience with SAP HANA Database Administration, Maxdb and ASE.
• Familiarity with SAP solutions like SAP Content Server, Data Archiving, SAP router and SAP SLT systems.
• Familiarity with SAP BTP, Cloud Connector, SAP Launchpad, and related tools.
• Experience with SAP Fiori Gateway and Web Dispatcher
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM or SAP Solution Manager 7.2.
• Good understanding of hyperscaler cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• ITIL foundation knowledge is a plus.
