As a Salesforce LwC Developer-SA, you will engage with clients to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and drive value. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence network, you will work on projects that leverage Salesforce Service Cloud technology to transform client operations. As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving skills and critical thinking to manage workstreams and develop deliverables within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and navigate complex situations to deliver quality outcomes.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will have the opportunity to mentor Associates and junior team members, fostering their growth while enhancing your own personal brand and technical skills. You will be exposed to diverse perspectives and will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing Salesforce Lightning applications to enhance client service capabilities
• Managing Salesforce Service Cloud projects, confirming alignment with client requirements and timelines
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce solutions with existing business systems
• Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and address technical challenges in Salesforce implementations
• Designing and optimizing business processes through Salesforce platform capabilities
• Providing technical consultation and support for Salesforce administration and customization
• Creating and maintaining project documentation, including requirements elicitation and process standardization
• Leading the development of training materials to support user adoption of Salesforce technologies
• Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated on emerging Salesforce technologies and trends
• Supporting enterprise integration efforts to streamline technology infrastructure and improve service delivery
  
  

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
  
  

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
• Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
• Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business problems
• Embracing change and emerging technologies in client service engagements
• Developing training materials for Salesforce applications
• Implementing technology solutions with a focus on enterprise integration
