Job Description:

• We are seeking a dynamic and client-facing Salesforce Consultant to join our growing team serving U.S.-based clients.
• This role requires a combination of consulting expertise, business strategy understanding, and a problem-solving mindset.
• You will work closely with client teams to analyze, design, and implement scalable solutions that enhance their business processes using Salesforce.
• As a Salesforce Consultant, you’ll be part consultant, part strategist, and part problem-solver — embedded within client operations to ensure maximum value from their Salesforce investment.
  
  

• Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, offering strategic and tactical Salesforce guidance.
• Lead discovery sessions, gather requirements, and propose Salesforce-based solutions aligned with business goals.
• Drive roadmap planning, business process optimization, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Provide post-implementation support and ongoing improvements as needed.
  
  

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce consulting.
• Proven track record of leading client engagements and delivering successful Salesforce projects.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and flexible to align with U.S. time zones.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices, platform capabilities, and limitations.
