Sales Manager

This job is provided by apna.co Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Managers / Sales Executives to achieve monthly business targets.

Drive sales of secured and unsecured loan products, including Home Loan, LAP, Personal Loan, Business Loan, and related financial products.

Generate new business through direct sales, referrals, channel partners, and market development.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and financial institutions.

Ensure proper lead generation, follow-up, documentation, login, and conversion of cases.

Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, productivity, and target achievement.

Conduct regular field visits and support team members in closing important cases.

Requirements

Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Target-oriented with strong leadership and team-building abilities.

Good knowledge of the local market and financial products.

Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.
