Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR – International Sales) to generate and qualify business opportunities across international markets. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B IT/SaaS sales, international prospecting, and outbound sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
• Prospect and engage with clients across international markets, especially US, UK, Europe, ANZ, or Middle East.
• Research target companies and identify key decision-makers such as CXOs, CTOs, CIOs, IT Heads, and Business Heads.
• Conduct outbound calls and personalized email/LinkedIn campaigns.
• Understand prospect requirements and identify potential business opportunities.
• Qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).
• Schedule qualified discovery calls and product/service demos for the sales team.
• Maintain and update prospect information, activities, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Account Management, and technical teams.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation, meeting booking, and pipeline targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in International IT Sales / SaaS Sales / Software Sales / IT Services Sales.
• Prior experience handling international clients is preferred.
• Strong experience in cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and lead generation.
• Good understanding of B2B sales and the IT/technology industry.
• Experience with CRM and prospecting tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with international time zones.
• Highly target-oriented and motivated by achieving sales goals.
