What you'll do-

Build and nurture long-term relationships with our top-performing consultants.Act as a trusted partner, helping our consultants grow, succeed, and maximize their impact on the platform.Understand their goals, identify opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver the right support.Drive engagement, retention and overall account growth through proactive relationship management.

What you should bring to the Table-

2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Relationship Management.Someone who loves building relationships more than making pitches.An exceptional communicator who can earn trust and influence through conversations.Confident engaging with successful professionals and managing high-value relationships.Highly organized, empathetic and proactive in solving problems and creating value.
