IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Relationship Manager-First Wealth in Delhi. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the First Wealth portfolio of the bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential First Wealth clients
• Understand the financial needs and goals of clients and provide them with suitable investment solutions
• Achieve sales targets and contribute towards the growth of the First Wealth portfolio
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and provide clients with updates on their investments
• Collaborate with other teams within the bank to cross-sell products and services to clients
• Stay updated with market trends and provide clients with timely investment advice
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, wealth management, or sales
• Strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of local market and customer preferences in Delhi is preferred
