Job Description
- Analyze healthcare data and identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, and anomalies.
- Perform database testing and data validation using SQL.
- Write SQL queries to extract, compare, reconcile, and validate data.
- Validate data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity.
- Perform source-to-target data validation and reconciliation.
- Investigate data discrepancies and identify the root cause of data quality issues.
- Work with business and technical teams to resolve data-related issues.
- Review business requirements and translate them into data quality and validation requirements.
- Prepare data quality reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Maintain documentation related to data validation, business rules, and quality processes.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Data Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders.
