DAMCO is hiring for Sr. Python Developer

What You’ll Be Doing

✔ Designing and developing robust backend services

✔ Building scalable, multi-tenant platforms

✔ Working with modern tech stacks and transforming legacy systems

✔ Collaborating with talented cross-functional teams

✔ Constantly learning and adapting to new technologies

What We’re Looking For

✅ 5+ years of experience in Python for developing backend/platform services

✅ Strong grip on System Architecture, REST APIs, and Software Design Patterns

✅ Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL

✅ Strong experience in Frameworks like Django, FastAPI, Flask etc.

✅ Experience in Client Handling

✅ Understanding of secure coding practices

✅ Ability to modernize and scale systems in a multi-tenant environment

Bonus Points If You Have

✨ Experience modernizing legacy platforms (AS/400, IBM iSeries)

✨ Worked with hybrid cloud & on-prem architectures
