Your Role

We are seeking a meticulous and language-savvy Copy Editor / Proofreader to ensure the clarity, accuracy, and

consistency of marketing content across all channels. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp eye for detail and

a passion for elevating creative work through precise language.

In this role you will play key role in

• Proofread and edit marketing content for grammar, punctuation, and style.
• Ensure consistency with brand voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and project managers to meet deadlines.
• Review content across formats including web, email, social, and print.
• Flag inconsistencies and suggest improvements to enhance clarity and impact.
• Maintain editorial standards and contribute to style guide updates.
• Support quality assurance processes for final deliverables.
  
  

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in copy editing or proofreading, preferably in marketing or advertising.
• Strong command of grammar, syntax, and editorial best practices.
• Familiarity with AP Style or other editorial standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
