Key Responsibilities

Project & Technical Leadership

• Define architecture and technical roadmap for .NET and AWS-based solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance on AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, DynamoDB).
• Ensure best practices in CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and DevOps automation.
• Review code and design for scalability, security, and performance.
  
  

• Must Have:
• .NET Core, C#, AWS SDK
• AWS Services: EC2, ECS, Lambda, SNS, SQS, EventBridge, DynamoDB, CloudWatch
• CI/CD pipeline development using GitHub
• Backend development using C# and .NET Core (API, Web Services)
• NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB)
• Version control using Git with Copilot
• Should Have:
• Angular UI development
• Experience with Confluence, Lucidchart, ServiceNow
• Tools:
• GitHub Desktop, Visual Studio Code, Visual Studio IDE (Professional 2022 with GitHub Copilot)
• JIRA for Agile project tracking
• Teams and Outlook for communication
  
  

• 7–10 years of experience in project management and Scrum Master roles.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and iterative development.
• Ability to define clear metrics and coach teams toward data-driven decisions.
• Superb facilitation, conflict resolution, and consensus-building skills.
• Thought leadership and continuous improvement in mindset.

• AWS Solutions Architect
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• PMP or PMI-ACP
