Job Description

Execute project/site activities for VDS and Fire Curtain installations as per technical guidelines.
Interpret architectural, structural, and shop drawings to guide installation partners.
Coordinate with contractors, internal teams, and clients to ensure smooth installation execution.
Monitor installation progress, manage site challenges, and escalate issues where required.
Perform quality checks, compliance verification, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Prepare daily/weekly site reports and update project status to reporting managers.
Support testing, commissioning, and handover of completed projects.
Ensure method statements, material delivery logs, and safety compliance documents are accurate and up to date.
Ensure proper documentation for all project-related activities.
Attend coordination meetings with architects, main contractors, suppliers, and clients.
Carry out AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract): Perform preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and health checks for systems under AMC.
Respond to service calls, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely restoration of system functionality.
Coordinate with service teams and clients to close service tickets within defined timelines.
