• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and delivery. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who want hands-on exposure to project management in a fast-paced technology environment.
  
  

• Assist Project Managers in planning, tracking, and executing projects
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task completion
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports
• Track project progress and highlight risks or dependencies
• Organize meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items
• Support resource coordination and task allocation
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field
• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Basic understanding of project management concepts
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  
  

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience using project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.)
• Internship or academic project experience in project management
