Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Program Manager to oversee multiple projects and drive the successful delivery of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, track performance metrics, and ensure all projects under the program align with business goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end program execution, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Manage multiple interconnected projects, aligning cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
  • Develop program plans, dashboards, status reports, and governance documents.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate review meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communication.
  • Track financials: budgeting, resource allocation, forecasting, and invoicing.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, compliance, and delivery frameworks.
  • Drive continuous improvements in processes, delivery methodologies, and team efficiency.
  • Support change management and manage expectations across customers and senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 18+ years of experience in Program / Delivery Management in a technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex programs with multiple workstreams.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project management tools.
  • Experience in stakeholder and client management at senior/executive levels.
  • Excellent planning, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong financial/effort forecasting and resource management capability.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in [Industry — e.g., Automotive.
  • Experience working with distributed/global teams.
  • Tax Savy
