About This Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Problem Manager to lead end-to-end problem management activities for the IP Core and Mobile Packet Backbone Network (MPBN) domain. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of IP/MPLS networks, excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills, and experience driving root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions to improve network stability and service availability.

What You Will Do

• End-to-end Problem Management – Own the full lifecycle from incident analysis to resolution
• Root Cause Analysis & RCA – Identify why problems occur and implement lasting fixes
• Cross-functional Coordination – Work with Operations, Engineering, Vendors, and Customers
• Service Improvement – Monitor trends and drive efficiency initiatives
• Documentation & Knowledge Management – Maintain problem records and best practices
  
  

What You Will Bring

The role demands solid knowledge of:

• IP/MPLS networking fundamentals (routing, switching, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS)
• Mobile Packet Backbone Network operations
• Network monitoring tools and fault management systems
• ITIL Problem Management processes
• Linux/Unix environments
• Bonus: Scripting/automation skills (Python, Shell, Ansible)
  
  

Experience & Qualifications

• 10+ years in telecom/IP network operations
• 24x7 environment experience (NOC or Managed Services)
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities
• Certifications: ITIL Foundation/Intermediate and CCNP/CCIE preferred
