About The Internship

We are looking for early-career graduates or freshers who are interested in building a career in presales, tender management, and business operations. This is 12-moths internship with performance-based PPO Conversion opportunity before the mark of 12 month.

This internship is designed as a learning-oriented role with structured guidance and mentorship. Interns will work closely with experienced presales and business teams to understand how government and global tenders are evaluated, prepared, and submitted.

Key Responsibilities (With Guidance & Support)

Learn how to identify and review tenders, RFPs, and RFQs on:

GeM (Government e-Marketplace)

International tender portals

Assist The Presales Team In

Understanding tender requirements

Organizing eligibility and compliance documents

Support Preparation Of

EOIs

Proposal documents

Compliance checklists

Supporting attachments

Coordinate (with Supervision) With Internal Teams Such As

Sales

Technical

Finance

Legal

Maintain Trackers For

Upcoming tenders

Submission deadlines

Documentation status

Help update proposal templates, company profiles, and capability decks

Conduct basic research on customers, competitors, and bid requirements
