Photoshoot Graphic Designer Junior

A technology-driven provider in the Customer Experience & Contact Centre services sector, delivering digital marketing and visual content to support client-facing operations and product catalogs across India and international markets. We seek a hands-on creative to join an on-site studio team producing high-volume product and lifestyle photography for web, social and marketing campaigns.

Primary job title: Junior Graphic Designer – Photoshoot Specialist

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan and execute on-site product and lifestyle photoshoots end-to-end, including set preparation and equipment setup.
• Operate studio lighting, reflectors, and DSLR cameras to capture consistent, high-quality images for e‑commerce and marketing use.
• Edit and retouch images with precision—color correction, background removal, skin retouching, and compositing to meet brand standards.
• Deliver ready-to-publish assets optimised for web and social (size, format, color profile) and collaborate with designers to fit campaign needs.
• Maintain organized asset libraries, metadata tagging, and version control for fast retrieval and reuse.
• Coordinate with creative leads and marketing to iterate on visual direction and meet delivery schedules for high-volume requests.
