Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 2 years of mandatory experience in Property & Casualty Insurance
• Passion to delivering high-quality work
• Experience in Premium Audit will be preferred
• Experience in Premium Audit Voice Auditor roles will be preferred
• Excellent communication skills and good reading comprehension
• Location requirement: Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR only
• Work arrangement: Candidate should be open to Work from Office in US shift Timing
• Joining timeline: Immediate joiners preferred 

Responsibilities

Premium Audit Auditor - Key Responsibilities 

A Voice Premium Auditor is responsible for conducting premium audits through phone-based interactions with insureds to collect and verify payroll, exposure, and business details for accurate premium calculation.

Conduct Voice-Based Audits

• Contact insureds via phone to collect required audit information
• Explain audit requirements, timelines, and document needs clearly
• Handle inbound and outbound audit-related calls professionally
• Verify payroll and exposure details using supporting documents (e.g., Form 941)
• Identify discrepancies and ensure correct classification and exposure reporting
• Communicate audit requirements and resolve queries professionally
• Prepare clear audit summaries and documentation
• Follow up for missing information and ensure timely closure of audits
• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and quality standards

Graduate, Excellence Oral and written communication, with good analytical skill, Basic Calcualtion Understadning,
