Overview

• Develop and lead integrated paid media strategies across Paid Search and Paid Social to achieve client business objectives.
• Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting while ensuring strong performance against KPIs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid media specialists, fostering collaboration and continuous learning.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic recommendations, performance insights, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Strategy, Analytics, and Client Servicing to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

• 8+ years of experience in Paid Media, with strong expertise in both Paid Search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Proven experience managing and mentoring teams, with the ability to drive performance and develop talent.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, attribution models, bidding strategies, and performance analytics.
• Experience managing high-value client accounts and large media budgets across multiple industries.
• Proficiency with platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Excel.
