We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to own high-impact campaigns on Meta, Google, and emerging platforms.

Role & Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and programmatic platforms to hit CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets.
• Build audience segments, A/B test creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies based on performance data and user behavior.
• Monitor and report campaign metrics daily — CPAs, CTRs, impressions, conversions — and pivot budgets for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-converting ad assets tailored to platform best practices.
• Integrate UTM tagging, Google Analytics 4, and MMP tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Branch) to track funnel performance and attribution.
• Stay ahead of platform algorithm updates and emerging ad trends to recommend scalable, testable growth strategies.
