Key Responsibilities
Talent Management Support
- Support talent management processes such as performance cycles, talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning.
- Coordinate talent calendar activities, communications, data preparation, and stakeholder follow-up.
- Maintain talent-related records, trackers, and dashboards with high accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support calibration and review meetings by preparing materials, compiling inputs, and tracking actions.
Development and Learning Coordination
- Partner with L&D stakeholders to connect talent outcomes with learning and development opportunities.
- Help manage development actions arising from performance and talent discussions.
- Use LMS knowledge to support learning assignments, development plan tracking, and learning pathway administration where relevant.
- Ensure development activities are accurately recorded and monitored within relevant systems.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with HR Business Partners, managers, and People Services teams to ensure smooth execution of talent processes.
- Provide guidance and administrative support to stakeholders on talent process steps, timelines, and system usage.
- Resolve routine queries and act as a support point for talent process operations.
Reporting and Data Management
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports related to talent processes, participation, completion, and action tracking.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across talent management records.
- Analyze basic trends and provide insights to support process improvement and stakeholder decision-making.
Process Improvement and Governance
- Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of talent management processes.
- Support documentation updates, process mapping, and testing of system or workflow changes.
- Help ensure proper governance, confidentiality, and policy compliance in all talent-related activities.
Qualifications
- 6+ years’ experience in HR operations, talent management, people services, or L&D-adjacent roles.
- Experience supporting performance, talent, or succession processes.
- Familiarity with LMS systems and how learning links to talent and development activities.
- Strong stakeholder coordination, data handling, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, or SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
- A continuous improvement mindset is preferred.
