Summary

We are seeking a dynamic professional for the Outbound Sales – Voice Process role within the IT Services sector. This position is pivotal in driving revenue growth by proactively engaging potential clients through direct telephone communication. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary voice of the organization, effectively conveying value propositions and building strong client relationships to meet aggressive sales targets.

Responsibilities

Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns to generate leads and secure sales opportunities.
Employ persuasive negotiation tactics to convert prospects into paying customers.
Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term engagement.
Consistently monitor and strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism while promoting company products and services.
Utilize computer systems to track call logs, update customer data, and generate sales reports.

Requirements

Strong ability to persuade and negotiate effectively during sales interactions.
Competency in basic computer operations and familiarity with CRM software.
