Operations Internship In Noida

Openhouse is a fast-growing real estate resale platform operating across key NCR micro markets- Noida, Noida Extension, Gurgaon, and Ghaziabad. We're on a mission to make secondary market home buying transparent, efficient, and trustworthy for both buyers and sellers. Our supply Ops team is the engine that drives inventory quality across the platform.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Visit residential properties across assigned Noida micromarkets to conduct structured flat walkthroughs and evaluate property conditions.
• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of properties while strictly adhering to Openhouse's specific content guidelines and visual shoot standards.
• Update the CRM system in real time directly from the field with precise property specifications, amenities, pricing inputs, and seller information.
• Coordinate directly with channel partners, local brokers, and property sellers to efficiently schedule, confirm, and manage daily property visits.
• Maintain detailed daily visit logs and field execution reports for the team lead while assisting with initial seller onboarding and document collection.
