Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage and scale our presence across marketplaces, quick commerce platforms, and D2C channels. The role involves end-to-end account management, performance marketing coordination, and driving business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end DAM/PIM asset lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy, taxonomy compliance, and metadata integrity across assigned accounts.
  • Lead cataloguing, tagging, and publishing of assets, refining folder taxonomy and naming conventions where gaps are identified.
  • Establish metadata validation standards prior to upload and conduct spot audits post-upload to prevent overwriting, blank fields, or inconsistencies.
  • Manage complex product-asset linking in PIM, resolving identifier discrepancies (e.g., EAN, ASIN) independently.
  • Design and implement duplication-prevention checks across assigned workflows.
  • Own DAM/PIM integrity and hygiene for assigned accounts, proactively identifying and resolving structural issues.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between delivered files and briefs, escalating only complex or cross-team issues.
  • Oversee asset versioning strategy, ensuring DAM/PIM updates reflect replacements accurately and traceably.
  • Track, document, and drive closure of defects across multiple concurrent projects, identifying root causes.
  • Define archiving standards for delivered files to optimize searchability and long-term retrieval.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders on upload status, discrepancies, and asset governance questions.
  • Apply and interpret quality standards and brand/client guidelines independently, adapting them to new or ambiguous asset types.
  • Mentor and support Junior Librarians, reviewing their work and providing guidance on taxonomy, metadata, and QC practices.
  • Identify recurring issues across projects and lead process improvement initiatives in partnership with QA and Traffic teams.
  • Contribute to documentation and training materials for DAM/PIM workflows.

Candidate Profile:

  • High level of English, able to communicate autonomously in written and oral contexts with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft packages.
  • Strong knowledge of technical specs and asset typology (video codecs, image formats, etc.), able to troubleshoot non-standard cases.
  • Solid working knowledge of DAM platforms and PIM systems, including taxonomy design or configuration experience.
  • Strong understanding of QC testing methodologies and defect management, with experience refining QC criteria.
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of files and metadata across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and a process-ownership mindset.
  • Proactive and solution-focused, able to design and implement process improvements independently
