Job Brief

We are looking for a high-energy Lead Generation Executive to join our Real Estate team in Noida. Your primary goal is to identify, engage, and qualify potential property buyers and investors. You will be the bridge between our marketing efforts and our sales team, ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality leads through various digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Identification: Research and identify potential leads through property portals, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and professional networking.
  • Campaign Management: Execute and monitor PPC and social media ad campaigns to drive inbound inquiries.
  • Outreach: Conduct cold/warm calling and email outreach to prospective clients to introduce our real estate projects.
  • Qualification: Screen and qualify leads based on their budget, location preferences, and investment timeline.
  • CRM Management: Maintain a meticulous record of all interactions and lead statuses in the CRM system.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate trends in the Delhi-NCR region to provide relevant information to prospects.

Requirements & Skills

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or inside sales, preferably within the Real Estate industry.
  • Digital Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Google Ads (PPC) and Facebook Lead Forms.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Persistence: A results-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce, Zoho, or LeadSquared) and Microsoft Excel.
