• Lead operational assignments as assigned end to end to identify all potential problems and provide solutions
• Assist in writing business use cases, processes, controls, tracking defects and their resolutions
• identify gaps in business process and provide effective end to end workable solutions to improve productivity and reduce time to market
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
