Job Description

5-8 years of experience in Credit Control / Accounts Receivable within the Insurance industry.
Strong exposure to the London Market Insurance environment, including Lloyds and Company Market operations.
Fluent in French (spoken and written), preferably CEFR B2/C1 or above
Ability to communicate effectively with French brokers, clients, and onshore stakeholders
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, reporting)

Responsibilities

Manage aged debt and premium collections for French and European insurance portfolios.
Conduct broker chases, debtor reviews, and account reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve cash allocation and UAC-related issues.
Review SOAs, invoices, premium transactions, and policy-level discrepancies.
Collaborate with Underwriting, Finance, Operations, and Brokers to resolve outstanding balances.
Prepare collection updates, debt reports, and management MI.
Support month-end activities and ensure compliance with SLA/KPI requirements.

Qualifications

Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or related discipline.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
