Job Description

Area(s) of responsibility

Experience supporting multi-country APAC banking (e.g., Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan, India, China, Korea).
Familiarity with SWIFT connectivity models and bank onboarding processes.
Understanding of treasury operations: cash positioning, bank account management, payment controls.
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira), and formal change/release management.

Key Skills & Competencies

Integration troubleshooting and structured problem-solving
Stakeholder management across Treasury, AP, IT, and banks
Documentation discipline (ICDs, runbooks, test evidence)
Strong communication skills for cross-time-zone coordination

Risk/control mindset for payment processes
