Designation: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Quick Commerce

Location: Noida Sector 136, Uttar Pradesh

Work Mode: Work From Office (5.5 days working from office)

We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Key Account Manager (Quick Commerce) to manage and grow our business across leading quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, BigBasket, and other emerging channels.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end account management, including sales planning, inventory management, platform operations, commercial negotiations, product launches, and performance optimization. This role requires strong stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for driving business growth in the fast-paced quick commerce ecosystem.

What You'll Do

✅ Manage and grow key quick commerce accounts across leading platforms.

✅ Lead commercial negotiations and finalize business agreements.

✅ Drive sales planning, forecasting, inventory management, and business reporting.

✅ Ensure seamless order processing, stock availability, and on-time deliveries.

✅ Manage product listings, promotions, campaigns, and new launches.

✅ Monitor platform performance, advertising ROI, pricing strategies, and competitive trends.

✅ Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Warehouse Operations.

What We're Looking For

✔ 5+ years of experience in E-commerce/Quick Commerce Account Management.

✔ Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Consumer Goods, or related industries.

✔ Strong understanding of Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, and other Q-Commerce platforms.

✔ Hands-on experience in sales planning, forecasting, inventory management, and business analytics.

✔ Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

✔ Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
