Junior MIS EXECUTIVE 2 YEAR BOND MANDATORY

A fast-growing company in the Cloud Communications and Contact-Center / SaaS operations sector, delivering customer-facing analytics and operational reporting across pan-India on-site teams. We are hiring for an entry-level, operations-facing reporting role that supports daily business metrics, SLA tracking and data quality for on-site operations. This position is a Junior MIS Executive role with a mandatory 2-year bond.

Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and dashboards for operations, sales and finance stakeholders.
• Validate, cleanse and reconcile data from CRM/telephony/ERP sources to ensure accuracy of KPIs and SLA trackers.
• Build and maintain automated Excel reports and macros to reduce manual effort and improve delivery cadence.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and root-cause analysis; escalate anomalies to team leads with clear findings and next steps.
• Collaborate with operations and QA teams to define report requirements, KPI definitions and data collection processes.
• Ensure strict data confidentiality, timely report delivery and adherence to the mandatory 2-year bond and on-site work policy.

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, IT, Statistics or related discipline preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in MIS, reporting, operations analytics or a similar role; willingness to work on-site in India and commit to a 2-year bond.
