Java Developer

We are developing high-performance, cloud-native backend systems that power critical business applications on AWS. The focus is on designing scalable, reliable, and secure microservices that support continuous delivery and high system availability. Developers will contribute to end-to-end architecture — from design to deployment — ensuring seamless integration, observability, and automation across environments.

This project emphasizes modern engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and real-time data processing. Engineers will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build resilient services leveraging Java, AWS, and observability tools such as Jenkins, Splunk, New Relic, and Grafana.

Your tasks

• Designing and developing scalable, cloud-native backend services using Java
• Deploying and maintaining applications on AWS with a focus on performance and reliability
• Building and managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related tools
• Implementing monitoring, logging, and performance analysis using Splunk, New Relic, and Grafana

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proficiency in Java for backend development
• Hands-on experience in developing and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS
• Expertise in CI/CD pipeline setup and management using Jenkins or similar tools
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Splunk, New Relic, and Grafana
