We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive with a passion for outbound sales and SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while contributing to consistent revenue growth.

• Pitch and present SaaS-based solutions to prospective clients (Leads will be given)
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, benefits, and ROI to decision-makers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and long-term engagement
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion and campaign effectiveness
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM tools
• Follow up with prospective clients and drive the sales cycle from calling to closure
  

• 1–4 years of experience in outbound sales, SaaS sales, or software sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Basic understanding of SaaS products and the fintech industry is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
