Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives in line with the business unit’s priorities. Collaborate with the team to plan and coordinate activities, recognition programs, and other engagement strategies.
Employee Relations: Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and enhance productivity and retention. Address and resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances in a timely manner.
Training & Development: Identify training needs for both teams and individual employees. Organize and facilitate relevant training programs to support skill development and career growth.
Analytics and Reporting: Assist in maintaining HR reports and presentations, ensuring accurate and timely documentation. Use data to drive improvements in engagement, retention, and employee satisfaction.
Employee Recognition: Plan and coordinate employee recognition programs to appreciate outstanding work and promote a culture of recognition.
Performance Management: Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition data to identify trends and suggest improvements to reduce turnover.
Performance Management: Support performance management processes by assisting in performance reviews and tracking key performance metrics.
