HRBP Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) with around 2 years of experience who is eager to learn and implement new ideas in a fast paced environment. This role will focus on driving employee engagement, building strong stakeholder relationships, and leveraging HR data to enable better decision-making while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Job Responsibilities:

Drive regular pulse connects to understand employee sentiment and improve engagement

• Perform data analysis on key HR metrics such as attrition, engagement, and insights
• Plan and execute Rewards & Recognition (R&R) initiatives
• Facilitate leadership connects and stakeholder interactions
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and conflict resolution
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes (onboarding to exit)
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth HR operations
• Continuously learn and implement new HR practices and initiatives
