Responsibilities

• Execute proactive outbound calling strategies to identify and engage potential talent.
  
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and telephonic interviews to assess suitability for open roles.
  
• Manage ongoing communication and follow-ups with applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  
• Coordinate all aspects of the hiring process, acting as the primary liaison between candidates and the hiring team.
  
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all recruitment activities and candidate data.
  
• Handle lead generation and database management to build a robust pipeline of potential hires.
  
• Drive performance by consistently meeting and exceeding established recruitment targets.
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in recruitment or human resources.
  
• Proven expertise in outbound calling, candidate screening, and conducting telephonic interviews.
  
• Strong command of Hindi communication skills with the ability to converse in basic English.
  
• Demonstrated ability to manage recruitment coordination and maintain detailed records.
  
• Experience in handling leads, managing candidate databases, and driving target achievement.
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective candidate interaction and negotiation.
  
• Familiarity with the IT Services industry hiring landscape is highly advantageous.
