Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with strong expertise in payroll management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, and supporting HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing on a monthly basis
  • Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, incentives, bonuses, and deductions
  • Handle statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and Labour Laws
  • Maintain payroll records, employee data, and documentation
  • Coordinate with finance and accounts for salary disbursement
  • Resolve employee queries related to payroll, tax, and compensation
  • Generate payroll reports, MIS, and analytics
  • Assist in audits and compliance checks
  • Support HR operations including onboarding, exit formalities, and employee documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in payroll processing
  • Strong knowledge of Indian payroll laws & statutory compliance
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software (e.g., SAP, GreytHR, Zoho Payroll, etc.)
  • Good understanding of Excel and MIS reporting
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in handling bulk payroll
  • Knowledge of labour law compliance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
