Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

● Conceptualizing and creating standout designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, events, and offline collateral

● Turning marketing briefs into sharp, on-brief visual communication across formats

● Keeping a finger on the pulse of social trends, topical moments, and emerging visual styles before theyre mainstream

● Partnering closely with marketing, content, social, and business teams to bring creative ideas to life

● Owning brand consistency and visual identity across every asset you touch

● Juggling multiple projects and priorities without dropping the ball on timelines or quality

● Staying curious about design trends, AI advancements, and whats next in creative tech 

Required Skills and Experience

● 4–5 years of graphic design experience, ideally from an agency or an in-house design/marketing team

● Solid grip on branding, typography, layout, colour theory, and visual storytelling

● Experience designing for both digital campaigns and offline/print communication

● Comfort with Figma, Canva, and presentation-design tools

● Real, hands-on experience with AI creative tools

● A strong portfolio of social-first design work that shows you understand platforms, not just aesthetics

● Sharp attention to detail, strong time management, and a cool head under fast-paced deadlines

● Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
